These are the standard and different terms and conditions for Website Development and Designing, Software Development, Website Hosting and Linode servers, Domain Registration and Google Company Mails, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Lead Generation, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Campaigns, Designing and apply to all work undertaken by Webgear Techno Services LLP for its clients.

 

Our Costs and Deposits

 

• Website Development or Recreation: The customer has to deposit 50% of the total money payable after the contract is signed. Our web developers will start working on your fresh website design and development work soon after finalizing a mutually-agreed proposal and accepting the consideration (money). The remaining amount will be paid when the project is completely finished and ready to be delivered to the customer.
• Website Hosting (Linode and VPS): We provide cloud services, VPS, and different web Hosting services. We provide hosting services after receiving the total hosting charge in advance from our clients.
• Domain Name Registration: We also provide domain services, the domain name is registered on behalf of our client
• Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMO, Advertising): Webgear Techno Services Provide very flexible payment options to their clients for Digital Marketing Services. These Services are long period services, the minimum contract duration for these services is 5 to 6 Months.

 

Requirements

 

Clients have to provide all details and information which are required in order to complete the work. If there is any inordinate delay in providing these details to us, which results in disruption of work, we will have the prerogative to extend any previously agreed deadlines. If the work gets disrupted, due to client’s lackadaisical approach, Webgear have the sole right to invoice their clients for any parts of the work already completed.

 

Revisions and Design Options

 

Here at Webgear Techno Services clients will have the freedom to make necessary revisions to the design proposal which was mutually agreed at the time of the agreement. But remember these revisions are not endless and are subject to scrutiny from our designing team. If any Client makes any alteration in the previously selected design, then he will have to pay the additional amount.

 

Project Delays and Client Liability

 

The time duration of the project may be affected if the client delays in providing information, data, material, images etc. that are required to fulfill the requirement of the project by the company.

 

Payment and Refund

 

If the payment once made by the client(at the time of agreement) shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

Handover Process

 

After your project is ready, the company will hand over it to you.
